Dear Starseed,

Your body cannot absorb all the energy it needs from the food you eat. It requires a more direct source of prana.

You are connected to the light descending from the sun and stars. You are also connected to the ascending light within Gaia Herself.

With these two poles of energy you can open the inner channel running along the spine from crown to base.

Ask your Higher Self and Guides to assist you in widening the inner channel so you can absorb more light.

Allow this light to be absorbed into the cells of your body. In this way you will not feel the need to eat as much food as before.

It is a spiral full of paradoxes. You will learn things that support you at the level you are at and find those things no longer support where you are going.

There are levels on levels in this journey. One blocks themselves as soon as they think they know everything and have it all figured out or they "have done the work"

The work never ends. Its daily application and integration filled with new levels and challenges that require the death of who you are to be reborn a new.
