France will send a second Statue of Liberty to the US, 135 years after the first one, as a "tribute to those who fought for what it symbolizes around the world."

The second statue, some 30 times smaller than the first, will leave France on June 7 and arrive in the US just in time for Independence Day on July 4.

France wants this Lady Liberty back though, after a 10-year loan period from the Conservatoire du Quai d’Orsay.
