THE SMITH-MUNDT ACT of 1948:
“US Information and Education Act.”
On January 27, 1948, Harry Truman signed into law, “The Smith-Mundt Act.”
The U.S. State Department and Office of Public Affairs were authorized to disseminate propaganda to foreign countries via the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), Voice of America (VOA), and Radio Free Europe (RFE).
HOWEVER, they were strictly prohibited from releasing that same propaganda in America for public consumption.
In other words…our government was permitted to lie to people in other countries, but not to us here at home.

In Summary, by reading and understanding the basics of The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act, we can now understand how all forms of media have been getting away with lies and propaganda.
Perhaps it’s time to put an end to that law!

There’s something very bizarre going on between Lin Wood and General Flynn.
They’ve been in a battle, as we’ve seen.
Recently, about 6 weeks or so ago, Flynn’s brother Joseph went after Dr David Clements (The Professor’s Record).
The Professor has been all about election integrity. He’s also been about Fixing 2020. Lin Wood was praising David Clements for weeks and weeks.
There’s been 2 camps...
The Mike Flynn/Patrick Byrne/and Tore Moras (Tore Says) camp.
And the Lin Wood/David Clements camp....
that was until recently...when Lin Wood started exposing David Clements as a fraud.

I do but believe he is deepstate. Lin Wood has outed him and think about it for a minute. You have this guy that looks remarkably like Ingersoll Lockwood who coincidentally wrote books back in the 1800’s that seem to have DJT and Barron Trump in them. The there is the Ingersoll Lockwood website that has an address in DC.
