Situation on the frontlines as of March 25, 2023
▶️ On the Belarusian and Siverskyi direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Svatove direction — localized fighting continues in many places. The recent video of a katsap tank in Makiivka was actually filmed in the fall.
▶️ On the Bakhmut direction — fighting continues along the line of Bilohorivka(L)-Spirne. The enemy is trying to advance near the road to Sloviansk, but does not have enough forces to do so. A battle was recorded in Bakhmut, where the enemy was located on Zelena Street. Heavy fighting is going on in the south of the city, the katsaps are using artillery. Attempts to storm our positions near Ivanivske continue.
▶️ On the Avdiivka direction — enemy offensives continue in many places, but no changes have been recorded. One of the videos of the 110th Mechanized Brigade shows the retaking of positions north of Spartak.
▶️ On the Zaporizhzhia direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Tavria direction — no changes.
🗂 Analytical note. The enemy continues to attack on three main fronts, but has not been able to achieve strategic or tactical success. Given that in recent months, the katsaps have demonstrated intense dynamics of assaults, it is questionable how much more strength they will have, as the results do not justify the plan.
🗒 There are discussions online about whether we should talk about a counteroffensive. We have a military and political leadership that understands when and what to say. Anyone can guess, and anyone can pretend to know something. But for us, and especially for the enemy, the offensive must be unexpected and unpredictable. And our military leadership, as the practice has shown, is very good at this.

🇲🇰North Macedonia agrees to transfer 12 Mi-24 attack helicopters to Ukraine
📝Earlier, on March 22, the media reported that Ukraine had sent a request to Macedonia for the transfer of attack helicopters. This comes as the country plans to replace its Soviet helicopters with Western models.
🪖On March 25, Macedonian defense minister, Slovianka Petrovska, said on television that her country would give Ukraine 12 Mi-24 helicopters. Earlier, the same helicopters were purchased from Ukraine along with four Su-25s in 2001, when the country was fighting Albanian separatists.
🚁 After the Macedonian victory, the country almost never used combat aircraft (2 to 4 helicopters remain in service), although some of them have been modernized.
⚠️ Earlier, in early August, Macedonia had already handed over four Su-25s that it had previously purchased from us.

🇩🇪🇺🇸Germany and the United States react to the statement about the deployment of nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus - media
🤷♂️ An unnamed senior US administration official gave a "cautious" comment to Reuters:
💭 «We have not seen any reason to adjust our own strategic nuclear posture nor any indications Russia is preparing to use a nuclear weapon. We remain committed to the collective defence of the NATO alliance,» the official said.
🗣 «It's part of Putin's game to try to intimidate NATO... because there's no military use for it in Belarus because Russia has so many of these weapons and forces inside Russia,» said Hans Christensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists
✍️ A representative of the German Foreign Ministry told AFP that the announcement was «another attempt by Russia to use nuclear intimidation» and that Berlin would not allow such a move by Moscow to "throw us off our course."
👤NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov tweeted that "the Kremlin has taken Belarus as a nuclear hostage."

🇭🇺"Hungary is in favor of a ceasefire in Ukraine, but not of russia's retention of the occupied territories" - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Péter Szijjártó
🗣 "You know, stopping the war and sitting down at the negotiating table does not mean that you accept the status quo. <...> When the war stops and peace negotiations begin, it is not necessary that the borders should be drawn where the front line is. We know this from our own history... The ceasefire must come now," the Foreign Minister said in an interview with AP.
🇺🇸The lion's share of the interview is devoted to Hungary's relations with the United States and praising Trump's policies. Péter said that relations between the two countries enjoyed a heyday under former President Donald Trump, and now "under President Joe Biden, his government has found it more difficult."
💭 "That is, we are basically against the mainstream in any of our attributes. And if you are against the liberal mainstream, and at the same time you are successful, and at the same time you continue to win elections, this is not absorbed by the liberal mainstream. <...> Under President Trump, political relations have been better than ever before," Szijjártó said.
🤦♂️ He also said that Trump's attitude toward Muscovy would be more acceptable to some parties today, and emphasized that during Trump's time in the White House, Muscovy has not launched "a single attack against anyone".

Situation on the frontlines as of March 26, 2023
▶️ On the Belarusian and Siverskyi direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Svatove direction — localized fighting continues along the contact line. No changes were recorded.
▶️ On the Bakhmut direction — katsaps' attempts to break through in the area of Bohdanivka and Khromove failed again. We would like to recognize the recent actions of the 67th Mechanized Brigade, which also made significant efforts to contribute to our joint success. In Bakhmut itself, fighting continues in the north and south of the city, and the enemy is not able to gain a foothold everywhere.
▶️ On the Avdiivka direction — enemy offensives continue in many places, but no changes have been recorded. The area of the filtering station near Avdiivka has been clarified, as the katsaps attacked it, so the front line there has been adjusted. There were, are, and will be inaccuracies on the map, but we are working very hard to minimize them. The enemy became more active in Maryinka and near Pobeda.
▶️ On the Zaporizhzhia direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Tavria direction — no changes.
🗂 Analytical note. Active hostilities continue in many parts of the combat contact line, but no significant changes have been recorded. The weather forecast for the first decade of April promises deteriorating weather conditions, whether they will affect the fighting in Bakhmut and near Avdiivka remains to be seen.

🇭🇺🇫🇮Hungarian Parliament ratifies Finland's accession to NATO - Bloomberg
🫡The final step on Finland's path to NATO membership is ratification by Turkey, which is expected to support the application in the near future.
🇹🇷 Speaking recently with Finnish President Sauli Niinistö, Erdogan said that Finland has taken "concrete steps" to address concerns about groups that Turkey considers terrorist organizations. The president also reiterated that Sweden has not yet made "positive decisions".
🇭🇺Hungary's position also remains unchanged, with the foreign minister stating that the country is concerned about the "very disrespectful behavior of the political elites of both countries towards Hungary". Prime Minister's Chief of Staff Balázs Orbán said that Hungary would ratify Sweden's accession to NATO when the Swedish side stops "criticizing Hungary".

In one of the videos, soldiers near the destroyed building point out that "faggots are there" - on Myru Street behind the Palace of Culture. In another, the shooting comes from Myru Street towards the shopping center. Many people noted that the leader of the wagner PMC would not have come to the very line of contact at school No. 5.

Situation on the frontlines as of March 27, 2023
▶️ On the Belarusian and Siverskyi direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Svatove direction — localized fighting continues along the contact line. The combat contact line east of Torske has been clarified. These are the results of the enemy's assault actions over the PAST FEW weeks, not a sudden advance.
▶️ On the Bakhmut direction — enemy continues to put pressure on Bakhmut from the south, north, and east. Fighting is taking place on the outskirts of the city center. The situation on the map in the city is approximate and no one can show you the exact situation there now. No successful enemy attacks outside of Bakhmut have been recorded.
▶️ On the Avdiivka direction — enemy has partial success in Pervomaisk. The battle for Kamyanka is underway: the outcome is unknown. As noted earlier, Avdiivka is becoming increasingly hotly contested and may soon become a second fortress. The Civil-Military Administration announced the closure of the city due to the great danger to civilians. The enemy continues to put pressure on this direction.
▶️ On the Zaporizhzhia direction — no changes.
▶️ On the Tavria direction — no changes.
🗂 Analytical note. On the Bakhmut direction, there is a certain decrease in intensity in some parts of the contact line and an increase in others. If earlier the militants were offensive almost across their entire area of responsibility, now they have not only switched to point attacks but even among the point attacks they are choosing the most pointed ones (as strange as it may sound). It is unknown whether the enemy is trying to take a short break to rest or has run out of steam.
📷 There will be no nightly map update. It will be updated during the day.

🎪The International Olympic Committee has announced recommendations for russia and Belarus athletes regarding their participation in international competitions
🧐 But it's all turning out very interestingly. At its meeting, the IOC additionally declared its support for Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war and reiterated its "Statement of Solidarity with Ukraine, Sanctions against Russia and Belarus and the Status of Athletes in these countries," which was issued in January. But at the same time, the athletes were allowed to participate...
📢The latest IOC recommendations for muscovites and Belarusians are:
🚫Athletes with a russian or Belarus passport must participate only as individual neutral athletes. Teams of athletes with a passport will not be considered;
🚫Athletes who actively support the war cannot compete. Support personnel who actively support the war cannot participate;
🚫Athletes who are under contract to the russian or Belarusian military or national security agencies may not participate. Support personnel working under contract with the military or national security authorities are not eligible to participate.
🚯The IOC also upheld sanctions against aggressor states:
⛔️No international sports events organized or supported by IFs or NOCs in muscovy or Belarus;
⛔️No flags, anthems, colors or any other symbols of these countries at sporting events or meetings, including the entire venue;
⛔️No russia or Belarus government or state official may be invited or accredited to any international sporting event or meeting.
🤨 In conclusion. The IOC strongly reiterated its position on the admission of athletes from terrorist states and criminals under the heading "On political Interference."
💭 "During the last series of consultations, the concerned parties of the Olympic Movement reaffirmed their strong rejection of any political interference in the autonomous decision-making power of sports organizations to decide on participation in their competitions. This clear and decisive response to political interference was deemed necessary because if governments were to take over decisions about which athletes could participate in which competitions, it would be the end of world sport as we know it today." - the IOC stated. (full statement can be read here) By the way, they compared and equated other current "conflicts" with our war🤕
👁 The IOC has also considered the need for protection measures for athletes-f***ers, as the IOC is guided by the UN Resolution (A/77L.28 ), which states "(cite) major international sporting events should be organized in a spirit of peace, understanding and international cooperation, friendship and tolerance, without discrimination of any kind, and that the unifying and conciliatory nature of such events should be respected" <...> "the Olympic Charter and that any form of discrimination is incompatible with belonging to the Olympic Movement". In particular, such protection should consist of protecting athletes with disabilities from "discrimination".
🇺🇦 Ukraine and its allies, in turn, call for the deprivation of participation of athletes from aggressor states!
