Bulgaria plans to deploy a NATO military base on its territory, it will be completed by 2025, the country's Defense Minister Todor Tagariev told reporters.

The value of the future base is estimated at around 100 million leva (50 million euros).

"Construction of all necessary infrastructure: barracks, equipment storage building, preparation of the road network for the NATO multinational battle group will cost more than 100 million leva. The result should be a small town," he said.

TAIWAN – At the 2023 Taipei Aerospace and Defense Technology Exhibition, the Taiwan Academy of Sciences presented the Wanjian penetrating (concrete-piercing) aerial bomb filled with submunitions.

The projectile is planned to be used in the event of a conflict with China to destroy runways, destroy buried command posts, radar stations and destroy personnel over a large area.
