JUST IN: Now that former Pres. Trump has been acquitted, Democrats now want Congress to vote to invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prevents anyone who has "engaged in insurrection" against the US from holding office.

This can be done with a simple majority vote.

This is why they are in PANIC☝🏼 oh and the fact trump left FEMA in charge of DC under the Stafford Act..... look it up, under that Act martial law can be exercised, as well as the suspension of the 4th amendment (search and seizure).... now ask yourself why DC has a fence around it guarded by thousands of troops till the end of the year and ask yourself why they needed to convict trump which would also cancel the Stafford act.... critical thinking also shows that “Biden” is only acting as president through EO..... what is congress doing?
