Her business model is based on a monthly subnoscription: you pay a fixed amount each month and get fresh lunch delivered to your office every workday (22 days a month).
I find her business idea very helpful for people who can't prepare their own meals and struggle to find an affordable place for lunch near their offices.
That's why I chose her business for the Day 7 prompt.
