He was photographed leaving the White House holding these papers that say things like: “Insurrection” followed by “Act now as a result of the assault on the…” and then picks up in the next line with what appears to be “marital” and then “law if necessary upon the first hint of any.”

Well I guess that answers my question about him. Unless he's trolling because he knows he's being photographed (doesn't strike me as the trolling type) it would appear as though he believes the Q-like rhetoric he's been pushing the last several weeks.
