In country we know the rate and it will be traded up to what Dr. Shabibi and also could exceed that – and even airline schedules have been cancelled out of Iraq - starting again at noon on Saturday for security.

From Two Great Sources - the vast majority of Bond holders should be notified around 5pm after the markets close Friday and then should go overnight.

US T4B Two separate pieces of information - one said we have our notifications shortly after the Bond Holders overnight to early morning Saturday.

And Two – IF we do get emails Saturday when we wake up – RC going in at noon Saturday. But could go in sooner IF that were the case. The answer is YES – we could exchange on Saturday. RC can stay open till 10.30pm So a full day almost of exchanges.
