UPDATE: 8 Dead amid Heavy Floods in South Korean Capital
At least 8 people have died and 14 have been injured as parts of Seoul were heavily flooded due to unprecedented rains.
Some areas received the highest rate of precipitation in 80 years, Korea's meteorological agency said.
Local footage shows entire city blocks submerged in water, with vehicles and low structures being completely underwater.
