Happy October 2nd, a New Start to a New Year

As many know, Nick Fleming canceled his recent calls. This was requested by his Military and by the principals managing the RV. Reason given for this action was, “Everything is starting. You need to be quiet.” And so Nick was quiet.

For more than the last decade Nick has carried the RV GCR Flag proudly. He has been consistent in his belief of We the People’s ability to exchange exotic currencies and benefit themselves, their families and the World through benevolent means. Nick has tried to educate people about this process and about the incredible opportunity this represents. Millions have listened. Millions have benefited.

Last night Nick was asked by Military, to sign an NDA. This is in keeping with the protocols laid out so long ago. This NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT stops Nick’s ability to share further details to any extent. It is also the first stage necessary for the RV launch. Further, it is a precursor to the release of the distribution of 1%, already allocated to historic bond holders, and other platforms involved in RV GCR trading, all around the world. This is the precursor to LAUNCH RV GCR.

The NDA that Nick has signed prohibits discussion involving terms involved in his personal Exchange/Redemption. Some things he will not discuss:

Return
Account
Treasury involvement
Basically anything personal to Nick's Agreement.

What he will talk about:
- 800# Notifications
- Generic Exchange /
- Redemption protocols
- Timing for appointment scheduling
- Further discussion including Instructions, as provided for Tier 4 Exchange Redemption

No Military, or any "official" Entity will prevent Nick Fleming from delivering on his commitment to see this through to its ultimate happy ending.
