George Sergius de Mohrenschildt[a] (April 17, 1911 – March 29, 1977) was a Russian born American petroleum geologist, anti-communist political refugee, professor, and occasional CIA informant.[1] He moved to the Dallas area in October 1961, and befriended Lee Harvey Oswald in the summer of 1962, the year before the assassination of John F.
