FILIBUSTER: Texas Republicans just sat out a winnable Senate race as protest against Congressional Republicans who refuse to stop illegals from voting in our elections by suspending the filibuster and passing the SAVE Act (among other disappointments). As a result, Democrats flipped a deep red state Senate seat in a landslide after turnout collapsed. If Leader Thune doesn't act fast we'll see the same thing in the midterms.
