News Alert: Today, the #FBI arrested three Silicon Valley engineers who are facing charges of conspiring to commit trade secret theft from Google and other leading technology companies, theft and attempted theft of trade secrets, and obstruction of justice. Samaneh Ghandali, 41, Mohammadjavad Khosravi aka Mohammad Khosravi, 40, and Soroor Ghandali, 32, all of San Jose, made their initial appearances in federal district court in San Jose this afternoon. As part of the alleged scheme to commit trade secret theft, the defendants used their employment at technology companies to obtain access to confidential and sensitive information. The defendants then exfiltrated confidential and sensitive documents, including trade secrets related to processor security and cryptography and other technologies, from Google and other technology companies to unauthorized third-party and personal locations, including to work devices associated with each other’s employers, and to Iran. JUNEAU, Alaska (KTUU/Gray News) — Alaskan authorities say a staff member for a state senator has been charged with sex trafficking of children and other child exploitation offenses.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Alaska, the FBI arrested Craig Scott Valdez, 36, after a federal grand jury returned an indictment with charges that include sex trafficking of children.

Investigators say they believe Valdez targeted more than 10 juveniles across Alaska.

At the time of his arrest, the FBI identified Valdez as a current state employee working in Anchorage and Juneau. The 36-year-old was listed as a staff member for Sen. George Rauscher in Juneau on the Alaska Senate Minority website.

Breaking: Federal and local authorities have arrested the suspect accused of attempting to carry out an arson terror attack on the DHS/ICE office in Idaho.

Sarah Elizabeth George, 43, of Boise, allegedly staged gas cans, stole an ambulance, and intentionally crashed through the Portico Building.

🚨ANOTHER 764 ARREST!🚨

18-year-old Matthew Pysher of Bangor, PA was arrested and federally charged this week after grooming a 13-year-old girl over Discord, traveling to Los Angeles and luring her to a motel room in Castaic.

Law enforcement caught Pysher with the victim at the motel and say he had engaged in sexual conduct with her and then used a knife to repeatedly cut her.

Also in the hotel room, authorities found a cell phone in a faraday bag, condoms, knives, lubricant, razor blades, and bloody tissues. His online activity led the DOJ to believe he is associated with NVE ideology, specifically naming 764 in the complaint.

Pysher groomed the girl online for some time over the platform Discord and coerced her to send videos of herself engaged in sexually explicit activity and self-harm. 764 members normally keep their activities online, so the fact that Pysher traveled to meet his victim is particularly concerning.

According to the victim’s mother, her daughter was being encouraged to harm herself by a person named “Matthew” who she met in a Discord server for people suffering from mental illness. Such spaces are prime hunting grounds for 764 members and other predators looking to exploit vulnerable children.
