The Federal Reserves 2 main buildings. The William McChesney Martin Jr. Bldg, has been completed. When speaking with a gentlemen on the construction crew last summer, while the construction was taking place, he confirmed that there was a parking garage underneath, and that he was aware of there being tunnels, behind a wooden wall he saw. He did not however, know where those tunnels led. The other building, the Marriner S. Eccles Building, which faces Constitution Ave, is now under "construction". I do not know much about the buidling, only that it too, has an underground parking garage. I will keep my eye on its progress, and see if I can find out any info.
