Why spiritual teachers always are asking us to stay in heart?
Because:
♡ heart have strong energetic field like brain but it works very different than mind
♡ we have secret chamber of heart near our heart chakra and soul enters there for learning spiritual lessons from our higherself and ascended masters who we are connected to them
♡ also there is three Ray of divine in heart and it's called three-fold flame of love,wisdom and power and these three-fold flame together make our ascension happen only when they are balanced and works together.
we should go through mastery of our heart with our daily life, challenges,tests,karmas and teachings and spiritual practices but it can happen faster if we enter our heart with divine love and devotion. love is the answer and fastest way for our ascension and union with our true self and we learn that through mastery of our heart's flames.
