OO2. Transaction, Safety & Privacy

Semua transaksi harus diproses
melalui bot resmi @digitalcircus_bot.
Dilarang melakukan penipuan,
mengirim bukti palsu, atau mencoba
"hit and run"!

Semua data pribadi serta informasi
pribadi dan transaksi pelanggan akan
dijaga kerahasiaannya.

OO3. Order Form Submission

Periksa kembali format pemesanan
sebelum dikirimkan. Pastikan semua
kolom terisi dengan tepat untuk
membantu kelancaran proses
pesanan tanpa hambatan.

OO4. Processing Time

Pesanan kustom tanpa inrush akan
diproses dalam 1 hingga 10 hari kerja,
tergantung antrean pesanan serta
kesibukan admin. Layanan inrush
akan dikenakan biaya tambahan
sesuai dengan yang telah disepakati.
Waktu inrush hanya akan dihitung
selama jam operasional store.

OO5. Working Hours

Pemesanan, revisi, dan komunikasi
hanya diterima antara 06.00 — 23.59
WIB. Pesanan di luar jam tersebut
akan diproses hari berikutnya.

OO6. Plagiarism & Usage Needs

Pesanan kustom yang meniru desain
dari toko lain tidak diterima untuk
mencegah plagiarisme. Referensi dari
Pinterest atau ch Help dapat diterima
dengan persetujuan. Peniruan atau
menggunakan inspirasi dari desain
kami tanpa izin, dikenakan denda
dengan nominal IDR 400.000.

Semua hasil karya yang dibeli hanya
untuk penggunaan pribadi, kecuali
disepakati utk penggunaan komersial
sebelumnya.

Dilarang menjual kembali karya yang
sudah dibeli dari Digital Circus.

OO7. Etiquette & Politeness

Kami sangat menjunjung tinggi etika
dan kesopanan, karena kesopanan
membangun rasa hormat, sedangkan
ketidaksopanan hanya menimbulkan
ketidaknyamanan. Pastikan untuk
berbicara dengan sopan dalam setiap
interaksi.

OO8. Blacklist

Pelanggan yang melanggar regulasi
berulang kali, merugikan pihak store,
dan menimbulkan keresahan akan
dimasukkan ke dalam daftar hitam
(blacklist) serta tidak diperbolehkan
bertransaksi kembali di Digital Circus.

O1O. Refund & Cancellation

Pengembalian dana tidak akan
diproses, kecuali apabila kesalahan
berasal dari pihak admin dan dapat
dibuktikan.

Orderan yang sudah melakukan tahap
pembayaran tidak dapat dibatalkan.
Namun dapat diganti selama masih
belum masuk ke tahap pengerjaan.

Untuk orderan yang sudah di tahap
pengerjaan tidak dapat dibatalkan.
Pembatalan sepihak akan dianggap
sebagai bentuk tidak menghargai
waktu dan usaha admin.

O11. Report & Complaint

Jika terdapat kendala, kesalahan, atau
perilaku yang tidak menyenangkan
dari pihak admin ataupun customer
lain, harap laporkan segera pada
@erosz atau @Dcircusreport_bot.

Kami akan menangani setiap laporan
dengan objektif dan seadil mungkin,
serta menjaga kerahasiaan identitas
pelapor.
