II. Each art commission moves within 1–15 working days. The length is determined by procession and volume. Should urgency be invoked, an added levy is exacted, for haste is not without cost.

III. Custom arrangements bear a span of 1–10 days after the seal of payment. The reckoning begins only when proof of transfer is confirmed. Format alone carries no authority.

IV. Revision stands as privilege, not indulgence. One to two adjustments are granted within the first day of delivery. After silence, agreement is presumed, and no later contest will be recognized.

V. The store is open 24 hours only for 'ready' system tasks such as uploading and ordering from the 'ready' catalog. Meanwhile, for 'custom' system tasks, it operates from 07:00 to 22:00 WIB.
