The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and WHO are working together to
effectively improve the public health situation in the country with special emphasis on the
five key regional priorities:
• health security and prevention and control of communicable diseases;
• noncommunicable diseases, mental health, violence and injuries, and nutrition;
• promoting health through the life-course;
• health systems strengthening; and
• preparedness, surveillance and response.

Preparedness, surveillance and response
• The country is the only one in the Region to have declared its readiness to meet the
International Health Regulations obligations by the first deadline.
• Substantial progress has been made in control of the endemic and epidemic disease
threat through establishing a public health system that is able to early detect and
effectively contain these threats.
• The emergency preparedness and response programme is one of the most integrated
of its kind in the Region and a National Health Emergency Operations Plan has been
developed and endorsed.
• Disaster risk management is integrated into the primary health care system, and a
metrics system for disaster risk management is institutionalized and integrated into
the health information system.

لازم به ذکر است این دستورالعمل تمامی موارد را پیشنهاد کرده است و وجود همه آنها در یک کوله پشتی نه امکانپذیر است و نه ضروری

رئیس امداد و نجات هلال احمر در مورد آخرین وضعیت سیل زدگان استان سیستان و بلوچستان گفت: "از روز اول بهمن ماه تا شب گذشته شاهد وقوع سیل و آبگرفتگی در هفت شهرستان دلگان،کنارک،ایرانشهر،نیک شهر،چابهار،خاش و سیب و سوران بودیم. در این مدت به ۱۰۶ شهر و روستا این استان امدادرسانی شد."

🔹 به گزارش میزان، آقای سلیمی همچنین افزود: "امدادگران هلال احمر به بیش از چهار هزار و ۹۰۰ نفر در سیل سیستانو بلوچستان امدادرسانی کردند."

🔹 به گفته سلیمی همچنین سه هزار ۳۱۸ نفر در این مدت اسکان اضطراری یافتند و امدادرسانی در این استان ادامه دارد.
