Male and female pelvic bones are anatomically distinct.

The Q angle

The pelvic cavity of the male skeleton is narrow while the pelvic cavity of the female skeleton is wider and deeper.

Thus, the legs of the male skeleton are straighter due to the narrow pelvis while the legs of the female skeleton are slanted.

The Q angle is the quadriceps angle where the femur goes into the hip joint.

Biological females have an acute Q angle.
It's an important skeletal trait because it is related to childbearing.
