The humerus bone
Biological males have a long humerus bone.
The top of the humerus bone helps shape the square shoulders.
The elbow bend aligns with the bottom of the rib cage.
Biological females have a short humerus bone.
The humerus bone starts lower, giving the sloping shoulders.
The elbow aligns with the hourglass waist as it fits right into it.

Arms
Male bones are bigger and stronger, in both size and density.
Female arms are noticeably and visually different than male arms.
Men have longer arms than women, relative to body size.
Male arms are straight and hang straight down.
Female arms are shorter, not straight and hang akimbo, bowing out at the elbow (bending further from their bodies) and are more mobile at both joints.
