Yes, it can be very confronting.
However all lies must carry some element of truth for the lie to be believable.

For instance, the trannie system will for the most part have you believe that all dairy products are generally bad for your health because they promote the buildup of mucus and other toxins in the body, which is totally accurate and true within a certain misleading context.

That misleading context is that they don’t tell you that they are referring only to the modern day dairy products that are homogenised, pasteurised, and otherwise refined, chemically added too and altered, and ultimately destroyed as a food.
They also don’t tell you that natural, unaltered, raw dairy products direct from cow, goat, sheep, that are now illegal for human consumption in most countries, are highly beneficial to one’s overall health and well-being because of the natural and balanced sugars, proteins, minerals, etc.
Strange reality.

They are masters of deception, and lie by omission and misleading ‘truths’.

Remember that even "trannies" have biological bodies and are in need of health information, so there can be multiple dynamics going on.
