A male journalist

In 2020/21, I thought I was waking up from a dream and found it difficult to process all the information.
I always knew that there were other things wrong, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
Just watching the last two videos (Gere, Cher+Turner) really made me realize that I've always seen the "right" gender in the faces. Thanks to the help of this chat, along with the education and self-study that came with it, I can see more clearly.
Nevertheless, something remains: the heavy burden of dealing with everything.
How can I, as a (natural and divinely inspired) human being, be honest with others in this hypocritical world when lies and deceit are the order of the day?
It's confusing (which I'm sure is intentional).
And there are hardly a handful of people with whom I can talk openly about this topic without being pushed straight into the conspirators' corner.
