To answer your question, I think, though it's speculative, that the Ice Wall was created by humans [perhaps also by breeding ones who were deployed]. Think of it as a refrigerator, with all the pipes placed around us to maintain a constant [very] cold temperature [even up high, high enough to flood everything]. They also manipulate the weather with chemicals, keeping it cold. Once upon a time, it was warm there, even subtropical or tropical, but even that can be changed by these/similar measures. Water is their way of creating a flood. Making it biblical so that everyone thinks our creator, God Jesus, is doing this. If they open the floodgates, everything will be submerged. Don't forget our world, all the countries are entirely manufactured by them, and everything around us is entirely water. If they let the basin fill up, everything will be submerged, and we will all drown. The question is, have they done this before? [the mud flood or even the Biblical story of the flood] The perpetrators will all be safely transported to the land outside our own country. [outer space, more land] There is more land, and they won't be affected by this flood at all! Afterward, they can let the water drain away and return safely. With cleanup and a major purge, they can start all over again. Don't forget that so-called expedition leader Byrd went to Antarctica with ships [there also with aircraft flights] and crossed the Atlantic Ocean. They knew everything for a long time, of course, because of the balloon flights/blimps, as I showed you in the videos. This was all set up to back up the Alien lie and many other lies. It's all speculative, but in my view, I'm not far from the truth.
