But have you considered how fear -> anger can be a good thing? Anger is change energy. If you channel it consciously, it leads to courage and healthy boundaries. This creates space for healing, which gives the possibility for alchemy towards greater intelligence, wisdom, compassion, forgiveness, peace.

So may we have the courage to transmute and alchemize these energies into greater intelligence, love, wisdom and peace.
