I have personally lived various phases of life leaning Paleo-ish, Pescatarian, Flexitarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, and even Liquidarian or Semi-Breatharian for various years of this lifetime. Memories of past lives - human and non-human - with a HUGE spectrum of realities and possibilities.

It's all possible. And it's dependent on many other holistic factors. So no judgement. No dogma. Just pure curiosity and openness.

I've discovered that when we are meditating regularly, breathing deeply, nourishing ourselves via our inner source connection, practicing qigong, experiencing plenty of Sunshine during the day, Nature time, sleep in complete Darkness, drinking the purest highest quality alive water, cleaning up our bodies, cultivating our inner alchemical practices, we may naturally eat lighter. It fluctuates with seasonal cycles too, and with a woman's moon cycle, and depends on many many holistic factors. No rigidity. No one-size-fits-all.

It's about deep inner listening. Deep nurturing. Self-care. Self-love. Love for life.
