Catherine Austin Fitts created a very well-researched "Family Financial Disclosure Form" that i recommend checking out. It's a template for family members to come together and get clear on the financial risk of experimental injections. This document is the closest thing to a true Informed Consent disclosure that i've seen anywhere. (since the manufacturers are liability-free. the consumer/recipient of the injection has to assume all the risk.)
