Our world has almost completely lost this skill. This ability.

Without Yin, we cannot have more Yang.

It's time for us to re-learn how to rest.

For most of us, this means slowing down within and get very very still.

Centering. Aligning. Going within.

Deep breaths.

Get stable.

And then - move in the direction that feels clear, inspired, aligned and congruent inside and out.
