Happy Spring! I am freshly back from my retreat week and so happy to reconnect. 🌲🧘♀️🌳
The experience was beyond all expectations.
Avalanches of tears of pure love, cleaning up, clearing up. Shining the light of awareness on huge blindspots that were limiting possibilities before. Lifetimes of work. Intense discomforts, massive stretching of limits, and blessings upon blessings.
Since getting back from the retreat, I have been very slow to return to the online world.
Did you do a digital detox too? How are you feeling?

Celebrating the energies of spring, rebirth, resurrection! 🌱🌳🌺
Whether you celebrate Easter or not, I hope you are spending this day emersed in a refreshed, renewed energy of pure love.
Opportunity to give birth to a fullest expression of your pure essence.
I am still adjusting to the new energies after the intensely life-changing retreat - integrating, stabilizing into the new. Holy smokes - all these crazy things in the mainstream matrix during the time that I was offline! Wow their old matrix is really collapsing now.
Let us be mindful about our attention, energy, intentions.
I am choosing to be ever-more precise in wielding my energy and consciousness - walking my own path, taking care of the children, staying focused on creating GOOD in the world.
Sunday is laundry day. I am / we are celebrating the pure goodness and beauty in these mundane aspects of life.
