I spent my 20s & 30s learning the fundamentals - energy awareness, health and healing, how to work with our consciousness, how to do life. Discovering how this place actually works - understanding why it all feels so backwards and upside-down. Digging into rabbit holes. Moving through dark-nights, cognitive dissonance, deprogramming the limitation programs, freeing myself from lineage patterns to see life, see reality with more clarity.
