What’s funny/sad is that this technique has been studied and validated for decades and few have cared/noticed. (See Dr. Alison McConnell’s amazing research…)

Even further, this harkens to yogis, and Daoists, and so many other pulmonauts of old. Isn’t uijay breathing just another form of “High Resistance Inspiratory Muscle Strength Training”(IMST) but without the gizmos and academic-overkill acronyms? And isn’t this the sameish general approach Butyeko took to reverse his own hypertension 70 years ago (and that is still used by hundreds of thousands of others today)?

Either way, it’s great to see it all getting some traction nowadays...
