anytime you see the word "mandate", remember it's actually an *offer*.

breathe. smile. relax... and soften into this realization. you are a powerful divine being. stay in your center and observe. expand your perceptions. maybe even have some fun with it!

you have lots of options. you can accept. you can decline. and there may be dozens more options available. study the full document and fine print of the offer, invoke any/all exemptions that are appropriate. you might counter-offer w a notice of conditional acceptance, you could respond w a notice of liability. you might take a variety of other legal action. every situation is different. just remember there are always options - think fresh! most importantly, you may/maynot even need to be in that situation to begin with. is there an option you can choose, which makes the whole situation moot? obsolete? what is the most beautiful, graceful, elegant "aikido move" available to you?

be adaptive. break free from the habit of small-minded thinking. think fresh and elevate to a higher perception!

stay in your center. breathe. smile. live in the zone of love, kindness, respect, integrity. and observe.

there's an elegant solution. there always is.
Recently, we've received many messages from friends - "how do we respond to employers 'mandating' the jab?" First, a friendly reminder that so-called "mandates" are just *offers*. so first step - take a deep breath, stay in your center, and open to seeing elegant options. so many ways people are aikido-ing with these offers!

i am no legal expert and this is not legal advice. but i've been keenly observing the ever-growing options being exercised by friends in the community. for example, many have chosen not to disclose their jab status, citing medical privacy. others are invoking religious or medical exemptions and declining the jab. some are choosing to simply work-from-home making the mask/jab issue moot. and others are taking various legal actions (see below).

so by popular requests, i've pulled together some resources that you may find helpful. i recommend carving out at least a full weekend to study these, get familiar with various options available.

Consider it a sacred alchemical process - to transmute old energies of coercion and stand in your power.

Employer’s Mandating Vaccinations as a condition for employment?


1. Sidney Powell Post
When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.

There is Potential Liability on Employers or Universities that Mandate Vaccines if an Employee or Student suffers any Side Effects or Death from a mandatory EUA vaccine.

You’re deferring until the clinical trials are over in 2 years & the safety data is analyzed & available so you can exercise “Informed consent”. If anything, let them fire you. You can claim wrongful termination as a last case scenario.

States like California & Colorado just announced they're "mandating" all health care workers "must" get jabbed by Sept 30th. but read the fine print.

Here's the California one. it's really a Non-mandate. A Non- thing!
