In Chinese Medicine, we have a saying - "Bu Tong ze Tong. Tong ze Bu Tong." It's a play on words -

Chinese is a tonal language w/ 4 tones.
"Tong" (1st tone) means "flow".
"Tong" (4th tone) means "pain".
"Bu" means "no/not"

"When the flow is blocked, there is pain.
When there's good flow, there's no more pain."

So let it flow. Let it flow. Let it flow.⛲
