wow. not sure if any of our friends & family still think it's about "health"?

It's not an "either-or". It's a "both and". We can be Apocaloptimists.

Because we are hospicing the dying old systems while birthing the new at the same time.

Can we permit ourselves to feel all there is to be felt? Witness the death and destruction of the old - and welcome the more beautiful new world - simultaneously?

As balanced, centered, and awakened humans, we can see reality as it really is. Intelligent action arises naturally. Always at the right time, the right place. Taking full advantage of the opportunity to awaken to greater and greater possibilities in these powerful times.

Always remember the people in charge work for the PEOPLE. If enough people come together the changes begin! If we consent to nonsense... we continue to receive the nonsense. Glad to see the people coming together👏

Amongst various practices, we explored "The Work" of Byron Katie and i'm reminded of this AWESOME video of her doing the inquiry practice with this beautiful dyslexic man. I've probably watched it 50 times by now. And it never gets old.

Lately, we are consciously decreasing our shopping at Whole Foods while maintaining or elevating our family's all-organic gluten-free dairy-free health-nutty standards.

This means slowing down and:

1) growing a little bit of edibles in our tiny suburban backyard - super rookie-style.

2) using Farmers Markets as our main source of groceries.

3) anything not at farmers market, we order from AzureStandard.com monthly.

do you know about Azure Standard? great resource. highly recommend!

4) any groceries we like that we can't get at Farmers Market or Azure, we order directly from manufacturer's website where possible, no middleman.

5) the rest, we get from local family-run organic grocery store or trader joes.

how are you doing with diversifying your grocery/food suppliers?

Related, if supply-chain issues take place, are you going to be just fine - at least for 1 month? maybe 2-3 months? with basic essential things?

Are you friendly with your neighbors? to share and help each other?

At the end of day, friendships, neighbors and community, our inner capacity to stay in our center, our ability to maintain a clear heart-mind, and our willingness to help, serve, share our skills - these are our best preparation for changes to come.
