Here’s where I stand on the ICE shooting of the American woman in Minnesota. Bear in mind that ICE agents authority is limited to immigration, not full on law enforcement.

And let me preface what I’m about to say with the fact that you all know my position on illegal immigration, I believe anybody entering the country illegally has committed a crime on their very first act and I am all for deportation. I complained vehemently during the Biden administration allowing hundreds of thousands to come over the border freely and some of them were processed and naturalized at the border into American citizens which I staunchly opposed and posted frequently. I have mixed reviews about Trump’s performance in removing them and I believe that most of them are still here but with all that said, and after witnessing the tapes, I agree with two attorneys that have defended law-enforcement in numerous cases after they have shot people:

In other words, the guys who defend police officers for a living, think this case is unwinnable.

In trying to defend his actions, they indicated that they would seek to lower the impact of the outcome.

She was shot three times at point blank. She appeared to be turning her wheels to move away, after the first officer told her to get out of there, which she appeared to be trying to do, and lastly, a physician appeared on the scene near the car and was begging to check her out but was told to “back the F off”

The defense attorneys’ main sticking points were:

-“I could argue shot number one and hope for an acquittal or a hung jury - but I can’t get there on shots 2 and 3”

-“A jury will not get past the turning of the wheels”

-“Denying medics throws self defense out the window”

Great comments on both sides.

I wanted to add a couple of other points that may be interesting regardless of who you think is responsible.

1. There is some information circulating that these ICE agents operating right now in our cities are actually IDF, Israeli defense forces soldiers or former IDF and that certainly would explain their lack of understanding of due process and the rough treatment of both Americans and illegals on approach. I don’t believe this has been confirmed on any level but there sure is a lot of information coming in right now

2. There is also speculation that this is a staged event. That’s always possible in these times, as I’ve said many times, we are in an information war which means AI will be used and things can be staged and shown in different ways. I find it highly suspicious that instead of having an ambulance come into the car, these ICE agents refused and some first responder looking people in fireman outfits, came to the car dragged her out and literally carried her a long way down the street as you can see in the film.

I’ve never seen that happen in real life or in any crisis that I have been witnessed to on the scene.

Maybe expect more from people who are trained to manage these situations not escalate them and murder people for a simple offense

Why should I put myself in that exact position when I’m not trained for that position?

And the reason we use slow motion is to separate out because the eyes don’t always discern when something is going at normal pace of life

You seem to have a trigger happy response to this situation. Maybe sit back say a few prayers and ask God for some grace until you have all the facts and until your heart softens because a mother was just murdered in cold blood when other actions could have been taken to properly apprehend her in charge her with whatever violation they thought this American citizen had committed

Instead of being a potted plant we must all contribute now, we must all contribute to answering our own questions. Every one of you in your respective areas should be finding ways to gather the fallout gather samples of your soil, do what I did and use a collection device either for water or plastic tarps and collect that material overtime and have it analyze yes spend your own money they have an analyzed.

At what point do we speak out against ICE agents not using any due process and physically assaulting American citizens who are flashing their United States passport?

Let me make something perfectly cleared to all of you, I have no sympathy for anyone who enters our country illegally and bypasses the legal process for entry, residence and citizenship.

But I will not stand not for one moment, for any federal agent or any government agent harassing United States citizens who are lawfully flashing their passports to prove they are citizens and not illegally here. This has nothing to do with the René Good situation. But there is much more going on here than this incident in Minneapolis. There are multiple reports coming in from all over the country of ICE agents ignoring people showing them passports and throwing them down to the ground spray pepper in them and deeming them domestic terrorist when they’re not even protesting
