a. Effective immediately, the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) executes mandatory immunization of Army Reserve Soldiers with COVID-19 vaccines in order to reduce the component’s COVID-19 risk, increase force health protection posture and readiness, and achieve 95% vaccination of all Army Reserve Soldiers NLT 01 JAN 2022 and 99.5% vaccination of all Army Reserve Soldiers NLT 01 MAR 2022. The US Army Reserve will be 100% complete with vaccinations by 30 JUN 2022.

b. All USAR Soldiers that have not received their first dose of COVID-19 and have not submitted a medical, administrative, or religious exemption (NLT the last day of the Soldier’s January 2022 Battle Assembly) will be flagged and GOMOR initiated within thirty days following the Jan 2022 Battle Assembly. Additionally, any Soldier with an exemption that was disapproved by the appropriate authority and not received their first dose within 30 days of notification of disapproval, will be flagged and GOMOR initiated by their Commander.

c. Effective immediately and IAW the requirements and procedures in annexes Z and AA, commanders will begin mandatory initiation of separation or disenrollment proceedings for all Soldiers of the Regular Army, and Soldiers of the Army National Guard of the United States and the U.S. Army Reserve when those Soldiers are serving on active duty for more than 30 days pursuant to noscript 10 U.S. code and Cadets at the United States Military Academy (USMA), Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SROTC) cadets, and cadet candidates at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS) who have refused the lawful order to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and who do not have an approved exemption or a pending exemption request or appeal.

Some days are worse than others. I don’t care about much, but this infuriated me. Put a chemical compound in your body under unlawful duress or we’ll throw you to the wolves.

Nevermind that it’s illegal. Nevermind that we have the data which proves it will likely maim you in some way or potentially kill you, and nevermind the fact that we committed medical fraud and altered medical data to cover for a pharmaceutical enterprise that won’t give us an ounce of their profits. What matters is that you didn’t do what we told you to do exactly when we told you to do it, and that’s unforgivable. We’re not going to let you out, either. You belong to us, and we’ll punish you for making the decision to serve your country and obey the laws faithfully.

Good thing we’ve purged the ranks of those with backbones and the only thing left in a position of leadership are cowards. It makes it so much easier when we decide to break the law in even worse ways in the future. 😎
