Many community members have been asking questions about unstaking recently. We’ve heard your concerns, and our dev team is working tirelessly on the unstaking feature.

Unstaking will gradually open starting on January 23rd. We will first enable unstaking for assets on the TON chain ($TON, $CATI, $tsTON, $NOT, $DOGS, $HMSTR, $uTON, $MAJOR, $X), followed by unstaking for MerlinChain, Arbitrum, and Ethereum assets.

According to the official TON status update, TON will have a scheduled validator software update on 6 February 2025, at 17:00 (UTC+8).

To accommodate the upcoming TON upgrade, our third-party MPC wallet provider, Cobo, suspended the TON network and its deposit and withdrawal services on 6 February 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+8).

Once the upgrade is complete, an announcement will be made to notify all the duckies of the resumption of TON network services.

Update: TON network services are now resumed. DuckChain bridge is back online.

Compensation Notice for On-Chain Claim Delays

After the on-chain claim process began at 9:00 AM UTC on January 16th, some users experienced delays in receiving their claimed $DUCK, causing inconvenience.

As promised, we will airdrop an additional 10% $DUCK as compensation to affected users.

The MiniApp will now enter maintenance. During this period, we will distribute the 10% $DUCK compensation to users who claimed their $DUCK on-chain between 9:00 AM UTC on January 16th and 0:00 UTC on January 18th but experienced delayed distribution.

The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Once completed, affected users can check their 10% $DUCK airdrop in the MiniApp and claim it on DuckChain.
