“Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to one another — except the righteous”
Az-Zukhruf 43:67

🌿 Choose your friends wisely

Not everyone who smiles with you, walks with you.
Some people pull you closer to Allah,
and some people pull you away from Him.

A true friend is not the one who entertains you—
but the one who protects your akhirah,
reminds you of salah, Qur’an, modesty, and goodness.

💫 Signs of a Friend Worth Keeping

They remind you: “Come, let’s pray.”
They stop you from sin gently.
They don’t gossip, don’t drag you into haram.
They make dua for you secretly.
They fear hurting your heart.

🔥 A painful truth
The friends who take you to clubs, sins, backbiting, gossip, haram relationships—will run from you on the Day of Judgment

My dear brothers & sisters let's spend just 2 minutes and do istighfar in sha allah

🌿 What Is Istighfār?

Istighfār means asking Allah for forgiveness with sincerity, whether by saying:

Astaghfirullah

Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh

Sayyidul Istighfar

Istighfār is one of the greatest acts of worship and one of the fastest ways to earn Allah’s love, mercy, and help.

🌟 Virtues of Istighfār (Its Blessings & Benefits)

1. Allah loves those who make Istighfār

Allah says He loves those who seek forgiveness sincerely.

2. Istighfār removes sins—no matter how big

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever seeks forgiveness, Allah will forgive him—even if his sins are like the foam of the sea.”

3. Istighfār brings inner peace

It removes guilt, heaviness of the heart, and depression.
Your heart becomes soft and calm.

4. Istighfār brings rizq (sustenance) and blessings

Nuh (A.S.) said in the Qur’an:

> “Seek forgiveness from your Lord—He is Ever-Forgiving;
He will send rain upon you in abundance,
increase your wealth and children,
provide you gardens and rivers.”

Meaning:

More wealth

More children

More opportunities

More barakah
All come through istighfar.

5. It opens doors of goodness

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever makes a lot of istighfar, Allah will make for him a way out of every difficulty.”

So,

Problems get solved

Stress gets removed

Doors open

Allah creates escape from every hardship

6. Istighfār protects from punishment

Allah does not punish a people who do istighfar.

7. Angels make dua for those who do istighfar

When you say Astaghfirullah, angels ask Allah to forgive you.

8. It increases one’s lifespan in goodness

Continuous repentance brings a life filled with blessings and purpose.

9. Istighfār strengthens your relationship with Allah

It brings you closer to your Lord, softens your heart, and increases your iman.

10. It wipes away the darkness of sins

Just like a cloth becomes clean with repeated washing, the heart becomes pure with repeated istighfar.

🕊 How to Make Istighfār Effective

Say it with:

Sincerity

Regret

Hope in Allah’s mercy

Promise to avoid the sin again

Even if you fall again, return again.
Allah loves those who keep coming back.

🫀 A Short Powerful Istighfār

Astaghfirullāha rabbi min kulli dhambin wa atūbu ilayh

Meaning:
I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, for every sin, and I turn to Him in repentance.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

🌿 Curing & Healing Mental Health Issues Through Tibb-e-Nabawi

Mental stress, anxiety, sadness, and emotional pain are real. The Prophet ﷺ taught powerful spiritual remedies that soothe the heart, strengthen the mind, and bring peace.

🌙 1. Qur’an – The Greatest Healing

Allah says:

> “And We send down from the Qur’an that which is a healing and mercy for the believers.”
— Surah Isra 17:82

Recommended for anxiety, fear, depression:

Surah Al-Fatiha

Ayat-ul-Kursi

Last 3 Surahs (Ikhlas, Falaq, Naas)

Surah Al-Baqarah (home protection)

Recite daily with deep reflection.

🤲 2. Ruqyah (Self-Healing Dua & Recitation)

Ruqyah is the Prophetic way to heal mental, spiritual, and emotional distress.

Rasulullah ﷺ used to recite:

اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ…
(For healing from sadness, pain, fear)

Surah Falaq & Naas three times morning & evening

Reciting “Bismillah” and blowing over the body

Do this daily with belief and calmness.

💧 3. Zamzam Water

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Zamzam water is for whatever it is drunk for.”

Drink with the intention: “O Allah, heal my heart, remove my sadness, give me peace.”

🧠 4. Black Seeds (Kalonji)

Hadith:

> “Black seed is a cure for every disease except death.”

Benefits for mental health:

Reduces stress hormones

Improves sleep

Calms the nervous system
Take 1 teaspoon daily (with honey or water).

🍯 5. Raw Honey

Qur’an mentions honey as shifa (healing).
Honey soothes:

Anxiety

Insomnia

Weakness

Stress-related digestion issues

Take 1 spoon on empty stomach daily.

🌿 6. Hijama (Cupping Therapy)

Very effective for:

Stress

Headaches

Body tension

Emotional heaviness

The Prophet ﷺ strongly recommended cupping.
Do with a certified professional only.

🌤 7. Morning & Evening Azkar = Daily Shield

Mental illness increases when hearts are unprotected.

Recite regularly:

Ayat-ul-Kursi

Last 3 Surahs

Tasbeeh: SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar

Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa…

La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

These create a spiritual wall around your mind and soul.

🕋 8. Salah & Tahajjud

Tahajjud is the best therapy for anxiety, heartbreak, sadness, and loneliness.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Allah descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night…”

Cry, complain to Allah, and ask Him to remove emotional pain.

💬 9. Talking & Seeking Support

Prophet ﷺ taught us to:

Sit with good people

Share your worries

Avoid isolation

Keep your heart attached to Allah

Talking reduces emotional burden.

🌱 10. Halal Lifestyle (Tibb-e-Nabawi Principles)

Eat simple and halal food

Sleep early, wake early

Spend time in nature

Avoid excessive screen time

Keep company of righteous people

Stay away from sins (sins darken the heart)

These restore mental balance

⚠️ Important Islamic Reminder

Even Prophet Yaqub عليه السلام cried from sorrow.
Even Maryam عليها السلام felt extreme stress.
Even Prophet ﷺ felt sadness.

So feeling low does NOT mean weak Imaan.
Mental illness is real and sometimes needs:

Therapy

Counselling

Medical help

Islam does not forbid treatment.

🌿 *Authentic Sunnah of Eating (Adab al-Akal)*

1. Begin with “Bismillah”

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When any of you eats, let him mention the name of Allah.”
(At-Tirmidhi)

If you forget at the start, say:
“Bismillahi awwalahu wa aakhirahu.”

2. Eat With the Right Hand

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“O young boy, say Bismillah, eat with your right hand, and eat what is in front of you.”
(Bukhari & Muslim)

• For kids: Teach gently
• For adults: This is a must, not optional

3. Eat From What Is Close to You

Do not stretch hands all over the plate.
Eat politely and with respect.

4. Do Not Waste Food

The Prophet ﷺ taught us to pick even a small piece that falls and eat it after cleaning.

He said wasting food gives shaytan a share in the meal.

5. Eat in Moderation (The Most Powerful Sunnah)

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach.”
(Bukhari)

And taught:

“1/3 for food, 1/3 for water, 1/3 for air.”

This Sunnah alone cures:
• constipation
• acidity
• obesity
• laziness
• many diseases

6. Sit Humbly While Eating

The Prophet ﷺ did not lean while eating.
He said:

“I do not eat while reclining.”
(Bukhari)

Sit normally, humbly, with gratitude.

7. Eat Together (In Jama’ah)

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Eat together and say Bismillah, you will be blessed in it.”
(Abu Dawood)

Family meals bring love, barakah, and better digestive health.

8. Use Three Fingers When Possible

For foods like dates, bread, meat pieces etc., the Prophet ﷺ used three fingers — showing simplicity and control.

9. Do Not Criticize Food

The Prophet ﷺ never said “this food is bad.”

He simply:

ate if he liked it

left it if he didn’t

This protects the heart from arrogance and gives peace at home.

10. End with Alhamdulillah

After finishing, the Prophet ﷺ said:

“Alhamdulillahi alladhi at’amani haza wa razaqanihi...”

Whoever says this, Allah forgives his past sins.
(At-Tirmidhi — Hasan)

🌟 BONUS SUNNAH FOODS (Proven in Hadith)

These foods were eaten and praised by the Prophet ﷺ:

Dates (especially Ajwa)

Honey

Olives & olive oil

Barley (Talbina)

Vinegar

Melon

Cucumber

Water with Zamzam

Milk

Pumpkin

Grapes

Pomegranate

➤ BIGGEST SWORD AGAINST DISEASE: SUNNAH OF MODERATION

No overeating.
Stop before you feel full.
Drink water slowly.
Eat simple and halal.

Let's connect every single person to Allah subhanawatala alone in sha allah

🌿 How to Cure Phone Addiction & Replace It with Simple Good Deeds — In shaa Allah

1️⃣ Recognize your heart’s hunger
Phone addiction is not a phone problem — it’s a heart problem.
Your heart is craving peace, focus, love, purpose…
Scrolling will never give you that.
But Allah will.
Allah says:
“Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Qur’an 13:28)

2️⃣ Replace scrolling with small, easy deeds

Every time your hand reaches the phone without purpose, replace it with a simple good deed:

Say SubhanAllah 100x

Your heart will feel lighter.

Say Astaghfirullah 20 times

Your sins fall just like dry leaves.

Send blessings on Nabi ﷺ once

It brings mercy and removes worries.

Read 10 ayahs

One ayah might change your life.

Give one silent dua for someone

Angels say “Ameen, and for you the same.”

Stand and drink a glass of water

A Sunnah + a break from the phone.

Smile at someone in your home

A charity for your soul.

Say Alhamdulillah for 3 things

Your mind becomes positive.

❤️ 3️⃣ Make your phone a tool for Akhirah — not for wasting life

When you open your phone, ask yourself:
“Is this helping my dunya AND my akhirah?”
If no — close it.
If yes — continue.

Replace useless apps with:
● Qur’an app
● Dhikr app
● Islamic lectures
● Tafseer / Seerah reminders

🌙 4️⃣ Set phone-free Sunnah moments

Start small:

5 minutes after waking up — no phone. Just say morning adhkar.

Before sleeping — no phone. Recite Ayatul Kursi & Surah Mulk.

While eating — no phone. Focus, say Bismillah.

During salah times — no phone. Respect the moments Allah invites you.

💔 5️⃣ Remember: Every scroll is a moment of life gone

You will never get those minutes back.
But every second of dhikr becomes light in your grave, shade on Qiyamah, and reward written forever.

Let's connect every single person to Allah subhanawatala alone in sha allah

"Beloved brothers and sisters, let us strive to connect our friends and family with Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Please share this link as a means of spreading His remembrance."
https://youtu.be/2b9UqqIDKlM?si=RD19sv0eokKso7h4&sfnsn=wa

LET'S TURN TO ALLAH SUBHANAWATALA ALONE BEFORE WE TURN TO DUST

🌿 “It’s okay… You have sins. Just repent sincerely today. Allah will forgive you.”

My dear youth,
No matter how heavy your sins feel…
No matter how dark your past seems…
No matter how many times you fell…

It’s okay.

Because you have a Lord who is
Ar-Rahmān, Ar-Raheem, Al-Ghafoor, At-Tawwāb.

Just repent today, sincerely, with tears, with regret, with the intention to never return —
and Allah will forgive you, completely, beautifully, entirely, in shā’ Allāh.

He forgives a lifetime of sins in a single moment of sincere Tawbah.

Your sins are not greater than Allah’s Mercy.
Your past is not bigger than Allah’s Forgiveness.
Your mistakes do not define you —
your repentance does.

Come back to Allah now.
He is waiting for you.
And He loves to forgive.

SUBHANALLAHI WABHIHAMDIHI ADADA KHALQIHI WA RIDA NAFSIHI WA ZINATA ARSHIHI WA MIDADA KALIMAATIHI

🌿 *How to Escape from the Dunyā Matrix & Run to Allah Subḥānahu wa Ta‘āla*

The “dunyā matrix” is that trap where the world keeps you busy, distracted, comparing, chasing, scrolling, pleasing people, and forgetting your true purpose.
Allah did not create you to be a slave of the world—He created you to be His servant, and that is your freedom.

🌙 1. Realize the Reality of This World

Rasulullah ﷺ said the world is like a traveler’s shade—temporary, weak, and passing.
The matrix collapses the moment you say:
“This world is not my home. My home is Jannah.”

🌧️ 2. Understand Your True Identity

You are not your job, your phone, your belongings, your online image.
You are a ’abd of Allah.
The moment you remember this, dunya loses its power over you.

🔥 3. Cut the Cords That Tie You to Dunya

Slowly detach yourself from the things that enslave you:

Less scrolling

Less showing off

Less worrying about people’s opinions

Less comparing your life with others

Less attachment to material comfort

Every time you replace a worldly habit with a spiritual one, you escape another layer of the matrix.

🌺 4. Run to Allah Through the Doors He Opened

Allah opened five doors for you to escape dunya:

🔹 Qur’an

It detoxes your heart from dunya and reminds you of your real destination.

🔹 Salah

Your daily escape room from the noise of the world.

🔹 Dhikr

The key that unlocks the chains of dunya.

🔹 Dua

Your secret conversation with the One who controls the dunya and ākhirah.

🔹 Good deeds

Every good deed is a step away from the matrix and a step toward Jannah.

💧 5. Keep Your Heart Soft

A heart attached to dunya becomes heavy. A heart attached to Allah becomes free.

Crying in dua, reading Qur’an with reflection, praying with khushū‘ — these soften the heart until dunya melts away.

🕊️ 6. Surround Yourself With People of Akhirah

Dunya-people will trap you in dunya. Akhirah-people will pull you out and lift you toward Allah.

Choose your influences wisely — what you scroll, who you follow, who you talk to.

🕌 7. Live Like a Traveler

Take only what you need. Don’t carry heavy luggage. Spend your time on what benefits you in the next life.

Rasulullah ﷺ said: “Be in this world as if you are a stranger or a traveler.”

This is the mindset that breaks the dunya matrix.

🌱 8. Remember Death — Not to fear it, but to prepare

Death is not the end. It is your beginning. It is your door to Jannah, your meeting with Allah.

When your heart remembers meeting Allah, dunya becomes small.

🌟 A Heart-Touching Reminder

My dear sister/brother,
The matrix of dunya traps those who forget Allah.
But for the one who keeps saying:

“Ya Allah, I want You.
Ya Allah, pull me out of this dunya.
Ya Allah, make my heart Yours alone.”

—Allah opens a way you could never imagine.

If you take one step to Allah,
He runs to you.

Escape the dunya matrix with your heart,
Run to Allah with your actions,
And work for an ākhirah that never ends.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Assalamu alaikum warahmatuallahi wabarakatuhu 💐

ALHAMDULILAH ONE MORE BLESSED DAY

🌿 *How to Make Friday Spiritually Special*

1. Make a Niyyah (Good Intention)

Say in your heart: “Ya Allah, I want this Jumu’ah to bring me closer to You.”

Intention changes an ordinary day into ibadah.

2. Read Surah Al-Kahf

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever reads Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between this Friday and the next.”
— Sahih Hadith

If full surah is long, read atleast first 10 & last 10 ayat.

3. Send Abundant Salawat

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Send blessings upon me abundantly on Friday.”

Say: Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammad wa ‘ala aali Muhammad.

It softens the heart and increases barakah.

4. Make Lots of Dua

There is a special hour on Friday where dua is accepted.

Most scholars say it is between Asr and Maghrib.

Make dua for:

Forgiveness

Rizq

Health

Your akhirah

Your family

Your hidden struggles

Guidance and firmness on deen

5. Listen / Read Some Qur’an

Even one page with reflection is a gift to your heart.

Ask yourself: “What is Allah teaching me today?”

6. Do Extra Dhikr

Especially:

SubhanAllah

Alhamdulillah

La ilaha illallah

Allahu Akbar

Astaghfirullah

Fill your tongue with remembrance — it brings peace.

7. Pray 2 Rakat of Nafil with a Soft Heart

Stand before Allah quietly and say: “Ya Allah, heal me, forgive me, guide me.”

You will feel your worries melting.

8. Do istighfar

Say: “Astaghfirullah wa atubu ilayh.”

Friday is a day to wash away weekly sins.

9. Give a Small Sadaqah

Even:

A bottle of water

Feeding a bird

Sharing beneficial knowledge( SHARE THIS MSG TO YOUR LOVED ONES)

Sadaqah on Friday multiplies your reward.

10. Avoid Sins & Wasted Time

Protect your blessings by staying away from:

Gossip

Anger

Scrolling

Backbiting

Music with bad influence

Replace with dhikr, Quran, reminders.

🫀A Heart-Softening Reminder

“Jumu’ah is a weekly Eid for the believer — a chance to rewrite your destiny with dua and wipe away a week of sins with istighfar.”

Make it a day where your soul breathes again.

Astaghfirullāhal-ladhī lā ilāha illā Huwa, al-Ḥayyul-Qayyūm, wa atūbu ilayh.

“I seek forgiveness from Allah, besides whom there is no god, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all, and I turn to Him in repentance.”

🌿 “Watch the video and let's take lesson”

My dear sister/brother,
when you watch any video that reminds you of death, the Hereafter, or the reality of this dunya…
don’t just watch it — let it wake your heart.

Every reminder is like a knock from Allah:
“Come back to Me before it’s too late.”

Some people see such videos and continue life the same way…
But the wise person takes ibrat — a lesson — and changes.

Remember:
A video about death is not to scare you…
It’s to prepare you.

A reminder about the grave is not to make you sad…
It’s to protect you.

So whenever you see such a video:

Reflect deeply

Renew your intentions

Fix one bad habit

Add one good deed

Come closer to Allah, even if it’s a small step

Because the best death is given to those who live remembering Allah
and trying, again and again, to improve.

🤲 May Allah protect us from a bad death.
May Allah grant us a beautiful ending upon imān.
May Allah save us from the punishment of the grave
and protect us from the fire of Jahannam.
Aameen

🌟🌟 *ALHAMDULILAH AUTHENTIC HADITH ANSWERS* 🌟🌟

🌟Should a person leave the prayer if he only imagines that he passed wind?
"کیا کسی شخص کو صرف یہ خیال ہونے پر کہ اس سے ہوا نکل گئی ہے، نماز چھوڑ دینی چاہیے؟"
🅰️NO

REFERENCE:
Sahih al-Bukhari 137
Narrated `Abbad bin Tamim RA:

My uncle asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about a person who imagined to have passed wind during the prayer. Allah' Apostle(ﷺ) replied: "He should not leave his prayers unless he hears *sound or smells* something."

🌟Does dosing break wudu?
🅰️NO

REFERENCE:
Sahih Muslim 376 b
Anas bin Malik Ra reported:

(The people) stood up for prayer and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was talking in whispers with a man, and he did not discontinue the conversation till his Companions dozed off; he then came and led the prayer.

1. Light sleep (dozing) — Wudu does NOT break

If a person is sitting or reclining without losing control of their body, and can still feel/notice their state, then wudu remains valid.

➤ Evidence:
The Sahaba used to wait for Salah, nodding off while sitting, then pray without renewing wudu.

2. Deep sleep — Wudu breaks

If a person sleeps in a way that: they lose control of their body, fall over, lie down, or sleep deeply, then wudu breaks.

➤ Deep sleep removes awareness; one may pass gas without realizing.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

🌙 *“Your heart syncs with those you connect with.”*

Reflection with Qur’an & Hadith

1️⃣ Hearts influence one another
Allah says:

> “Close friends, on that Day, will be enemies to each other — except for the righteous.”
(Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:67)

the people you emotionally attach to in the dunya will shape who you become. Hearts align — either towards Allah or away from Him.

If your company is righteous, your heart syncs with goodness.
If your company is heedless, you slowly sync with heedlessness.

2️⃣ We become like the people we love
The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends.”
(Tirmidhi 2378)

This is spiritual syncing.
Your thinking, habits, reactions, and even iman rise or fall based on who your heart bonds with.

You don’t even notice it — but your mind starts mirroring them.

3️⃣ Hearts are connected by Allah
Allah says:
> “He united their hearts. If you were to spend all the wealth on earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them.”
(Surah Al-Anfāl 8:63)

True connection is not random — it is a divine gift.
When Allah places mawaddah and raḥmah between people, their hearts spiritually “sync,” helping each other grow.

4️⃣ Good company polishes your soul
The Prophet ﷺ gave a powerful example:

> “The example of a good companion is like the seller of musk…”
(Bukhari & Muslim)

Even if you don’t buy perfume, you still leave smelling better.
Meaning: just being around good people elevates your mind and heart.

This is exactly how emotional and spiritual syncing works.

5️⃣ Bad company infects your heart

The Prophet ﷺ continued the hadith:

> “…and the example of a bad companion is like the blacksmith: either he burns you, or you leave with a bad smell.”

Your brain unknowingly mirrors their behaviour, words, and thoughts.
Your heart slowly matches their spiritual state.

🌟 Takeaway Reflection

Your heart is like soft clay —
whoever you stay close to leaves their fingerprints on it.

Your mind is like a tuning fork —
it starts vibrating at the frequency of the people you deeply connect with.

So choose those whose presence:

increases your iman
brings you closer to Allah
purifies your intentions
pushes you to become better

Because in the end,
your heart syncs with the hearts you allow near you.

May Allah surround you with people who brighten your dunya and strengthen your akhirah.
Ameen 🤍

🌿 *Who are the Mufliḥūn?*
The Qur’an describes the qualities of the muflihoon again and again.

“Mufliḥūn” (المفلحون) means:
The Truly Successful Ones

Those who achieve real success in the dunya and ākhirah — success that is pure, eternal, and honored by Allah.

1. Those who have Taqwā (God-consciousness)

“This is the Book… a guidance for the muttaqīn… and they are the mufliḥūn.”
— Surah Al-Baqarah 2:5

They remember Allah, fear displeasing Him, and prefer His pleasure in every decision.

2. Those who Pray with Khushū‘

“…Surely, the believers have succeeded…”
— Surah Al-Mu’minūn 23:1

Who are they?

Those who pray with humility

Those who protect their prayers

Those who guard their chastity

Those who fulfill their trusts

Those who purify their hearts

Allah calls these people successful.

3. Those Who Control Their Desires & Purify Their Souls

“He who purifies his soul — he is indeed successful (قد أفلح).”
— Surah Ash-Shams 91:9

Purifying the nafs from jealousy, pride, and sins leads to true success.

4. Those Who Follow the Guidance of Allah

“Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger — they are the successful.”
— Surah An-Nūr 24:52

Success comes only by following the Qur’an and Sunnah.

5. Those Who Spend for the Sake of Allah

“…and they spend out of what We provided them… they are the successful.”
— Surah Al-Baqarah 2:3–5

Charity, generosity, and helping others brings barakah and true success.

🌱 In Simple Words (Easy to Remember)

Muflihoon = People who:

Pray sincerely

Keep their heart clean

Obey Allah and His Messenger ﷺ

Save themselves from sins

Help others and give charity

Live with taqwā

Yā Allāh Subḥānahu wa Ta‘ālā, make us from among the Mufliḥūn — those who succeed in this world and the next, whose hearts are pure, whose actions are sincere, and whose lives are pleasing to You. Aameen.

🌙 How the Prophet ﷺ Handled Pain, Pressure, Success & Failure

My dear brothers and sisters…
In a world of stress, expectations, heartbreak, comparisons and constant pressure — remember your role model is not an influencer, not a celebrity, not the world…
Your real role model is Muhammad ﷺ.

He faced more pain than us…
More pressure than us…
More setbacks than us…
More tests than us…
And yet remained the most calm, hopeful, and unbreakable human ever.

Let’s learn from him.

🩶 1. When He Faced PAIN

The Prophet ﷺ buried six of his children with his own hands.
He was mocked, insulted, stoned until blood filled his sandals in Ṭā’if.
Yet what did he say?

“O Allah, forgive my people, for they do not know.”

— Sahih Bukhari

📌 He turned pain into dua, not anger.
📌 He healed by forgiving, not by taking revenge.

🌧 2. When He Faced PRESSURE & STRESS

When the responsibility of the entire Ummah was on him…
When revelation was heavy and life was overwhelming…

His escape was not distraction — it was Salah.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Give us comfort with it, O Bilāl.”

— Sunan Abi Dawud
(Meaning: call the Adhān so we can find peace in prayer.)

📌 His stress relief was sujood.
📌 His coping method was connection with Allah.

🌿 3. When He Faced “FAILURE” or Setbacks

He was rejected in Makkah for 13 years,
Boycotted, threatened, and tortured.

The Ta’if tragedy looked like a “failure.”
Uhud looked like a “failure.”
Yet Allah taught him:

“Do not lose heart nor be sad; you will surely be the victorious if you are believers.”

— Qur’an 3:139

📌 He never allowed a setback to define him.
📌 He trusted Allah’s plan even when he didn’t see the outcome.

🌟 4. When He Experienced SUCCESS

When he entered Makkah as a victorious conqueror —
the same city that tortured him —
he did NOT walk with pride.
He lowered his head so much that his beard touched the saddle.

He forgave everyone and said:

“Go, you are free.”

— Seerah (Ibn Hisham)

📌 Success never made him arrogant.
📌 Victory made him more humble.

💛 A Message to the Youth

You are struggling with school, work, expectations, heartbreak, identity, family pressure — but you are stronger than you think, because Allah is with you.

Whenever you feel broken, remember:

He ﷺ suffered so you can learn how to rise.

He ﷺ fell in Uhud so you know failure is not final.

He ﷺ smiled through pain so you know Allah’s mercy is near.

🕊 What Should You Do?

🌙 1. When hurt — forgive and make dua.

🌙 2. When stressed — stand in salah.

🌙 3. When failing — trust Allah’s timing.

🌙 4. When succeeding — stay humble.

🤲 Ya Allah, make our youth strong like Muhammad ﷺ,
patient like Muhammad ﷺ,
humble like Muhammad ﷺ,
and connected to You the way he was.
Aameen.

*“Don’t Expect Success if You Delay Your Prayers”*

My dear brothers and sisters…
We ask Allah for success in our studies, our jobs, our rizq, our relationships —
but sometimes we delay or ignore the very first thing Allah will ask us about on the Day of Judgement: Salah.

🌙 1. Salah is the key to all success

> “Successful indeed are the believers —
those who are humble in their prayers.”(23:1–2)

Allah didn’t start with charity, fasting, or good character.
He started with salah — because if your salah is right, everything else aligns.

2. When you delay your prayer, you delay your blessings
> “And whoever turns away from My remembrance, his life will be narrowed.”
(Qur’an 20:124)

A heart that forgets Allah loses peace.
A life without prayer loses direction.

Success doesn’t run toward a person who walks away from Salah.

Ya Allah, soften our hearts, fix our priorities, make Salah the light of our lives, & grant us success in dunya & akhirah
Ameen
🌕 AYYĀM AL-BĪDH — A GIFT FOR THE HEART

My dear brothers and sisters…
A simple act that purifies the heart, removes spiritual rust, and fills our lives with barakah.

Rasulullah ﷺ said:
“Shall I not tell you of something that removes the evil of the heart? Fasting three days of each month.” Nasai (2386)

SubḥānAllāh…
Just 3 days — yet the reward is like fasting the entire year, because each good deed is multiplied by ten!

🌱 WHY FAST AYYĀM AL-BĪDH?

• It softens the heart
• It increases patience, peace, and self-control
• It brings Noor (light) to the face
• It strengthens your relationship with Allah
• It protects from sins done unknowingly

🌙 *Let’s also take this beautiful opportunity to finish our missed Ramadan fasts.*
What an amazing way to combine reward upon reward —
Qadā + Sunnah + Allah’s special love for fasting.
