*بِسۡـــمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ*
*اَلسَّـــــلَامُ عَلَــيــْكُمْ وَرَحْمَـــةُاللّٰهِ وَبَرَكَـاتُه*
*اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنَ الْھَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّیْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ*
*O Allah! I seek refuge in You from worries and grief, and from helplessness and laziness, and from cowardice and miserliness and from the overpowering of debt and domination of the people.*
*اے اللّٰه! بے شک میں فکر و غم، عاجزی و سستی، بزدلی و بخل، قرض کے بوجھ اور لوگوں کے غلبے سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔*
*Aye Allah! Beshak mai fikr wa gham, aajizi wa susthi, buzdili wa bukhl, qarz kay boojh aur logo kay galbay say Teri panah chahta hon.*
*( صحیح البخا ری: 6369 )*
From the greatest reasons leading to tightening of one’s chest is:
• Fleeing from Allaah subanawatala.
• Having one’s heart attached to other (than Him).
• Neglecting His remembrance
Having the love of others (in his heart).
Zaad al-Ma’ad by Ibn Qayyim (p. 22-24)
