In this 1988 lecture from Lt. Col. Bearden explains the whole process of directed energy weapons (DEW), Scalar, and many other things including PROJECTING SICKNESSES and PROJECTING CURES FOR SICKNESSES (including flu, viruses etc).

This presentation was updated by Lt. Col. Bearden in 2010 , adding in parts he felt were relevant and applied to the talk which proved what he said in 1988 obviously.

At the end of the 1988 presentation he added on parts about HAARP, earthquake generation, and even more fringe topics of using radio waves (DEW) for mind control , and cause serious health issues, including military use which is terminal to the person exposed (US embassies mentioned!).

He also discusses how Scalar works, and many other things, including scalar, electromagnetic modification of the weather, and much more.

I have been and am being harassed by all sorts of professionals, agencies (and their paid pets),several companies, and private individuals as well......

All over uploading content about Earthquake forecasting, and directed energy weapons (weather modification).

I provided the directions (step by step instructions) on how to do your OWN earthquake forecasting.

AND

I provided proof that the government says that radio waves can indeed modify the weather (which everyone said was impossible, and didn't exist).

The response has been full harassment, social media shutdowns, false copyright claims, internet censorship (turning it off thousands of times), power outages (100's of them), and flyovers by military / state police / and private individuals from places like OIL COMPANIES repeatedly in a rural country setting.

Example: Woke up one morning to a propellar plane flying over my house repeatedly at low altitude (loud enough to wake me up)... after the 3rd buzz by, I got on flight radar.... looked up the plane, and found it was an oil company guy from RIDGECREST CALIFORNIA flying over my house here in Missouri.

I issued the Ridgecrest earthquake forecast for the M7.0 and the M7 hit (biggest in 20 years for california).

I was streaming live when it happened, so all my viewers got to see the plane, flight radar, and the info on the guy flying over.

Just one example of hundreds of flyovers.

The police when they fly over, sometimes they turn off their transponder when they get close.. then turn back on after they fly over.

I've shown this all live, so its not up for debate.

The @EMSC European Earthquake Agency did something VERY dishonorable and dishonest.

They smeared me in a research paper where they falsely accused me of doing things I never did.

They further go on to deny earthquake forecasting without testing the method!

They did this to try to interfere with the seismic research being done, and tried to use this as a reason to deplatform me off of social media.

They did this because they previously denied earthquakes could be forecast, so when I published the step by step method on HOW TO, they went overboard and completely nuts over me.

Hence the research paper making up lies.

NO WHERE DID I EVER USE THEIR NAME FOR CREDIBILITY -- no one even knows who the EMSC is, or if they're legit. lol

The ONLY reason I used them is because I had to. lol.. not joking though, it was in earthquake3D (the EMSC) choice, I didn't know who the hell they even were !

None of my viewers would give me credit for using an agency who just provides earthquake information like the EMSC does.

It would be like saying I'm saying the name USGS to get credibility... its funny to think about since they're all so behind the times on research -- they think they're hot stuff but I wouldn't really want my name tied to them at all!

Look at the kind of "research" they're doing instead of forecasting earthquakes, they're writing research papers on disinformation which contain blatant lies and disinformation made up by people like the EMSC!

They made it up.... @EMSC you made up your accusations about me using your name for credibility. You were also dumb enough to put it in writing.

Meanwhile, their research paper does NOT list my name directly because according to their footnotes, they don't list my name in the paper they wrote about me because they didn't want to give me any name cred!

They're really caught up on this "name cred" thing apparently over in Europe! WTH???!

BBC.. this is educational, and I have an email from youtube that said PEOPLE COULD USE MY FULL HOUR LONG VIDEOS for educational use and that I could NOT dispute.

Well, I'm using yours just like the other people used mine, youtube said it was ok for them to use my stuff... educational and could use my whole 1.5 hour long broadcast! I have it in writing from youtube from their legal!

I filed claims when someone took my whole 1 hour long update and then rebroadcast it as their own, youtube said I had no right to claim since it was "educational".

Furthermore when I wrote back asking how that's possible, they wrote back telling me they were concerned I WAS ABUSING the copyright dispute process!!!!!!!!
