Most people don't know the US Government already admitted radio waves "electromagnetic radiation" can indeed modify the weather.

It's #8 on the list of activities which PRIVATE COMPANIES must report if doing weather modification in the USA!
As it turns out the US Gov is exempt from reporting....... unfortunately the government operates the high power radio transmitters used to do such things... private companies would have to apply publicly due to FCC radio transmitter rules.... so it can't be easily hidden if private companies do it.
Government doing it since at least 1999. And according to Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden, it has been being done TO the USA by other countries since 1983.

Most people don't know that both HAARP in Alaska, and EISCAT in Europe (Scandanavia) have magnetic conjugate points --- magnetic points where their waves come back down on the opposite side of the Earth --- off the coast of New Zealand!
Stanford VLF (very low frequency) department placed a buoy off the coast of New Zealand to pick up the signal which came down and then BOUNCED BACK to Alaska.
Also, coincidentally, this location just so happens to be the antipode (opposite side of the earth exactly) from CERN in Switzerland!
