NEXRAD RADAR pulses in MHz high frequency. Seen in this case pulsing in the 50MHz range when doing short pulses with the Klystron which powers the RADAR.

Most people think NEXRAD only operates in the microwave part of the spectrum, however it pulses in HF (which matters since HF pulses are proved to induce plasmas for instance).

This view here shows the famous "RADAR PULSE" aka "HAARP ring" as a giant peak .

If we were looking at this peak from above, it would look like a ring with ripples out from it. (graphic from HAARP attached to show what happens with the shape from HF pulses). If NEXRAD RADAR had more power, it would produce physical airglow above the transmitter like HAARP does in Alaska, but with NEXRAD we're only dealing with 700,000 watts instead of up to 1 billion.

No airglow happens above the NEXRAD RADARS, no global effect down to New Zealand and back like HAARP, just weather modification up to a few hundred miles out from the transmitter occurs, which at first is invisible to the human eye until the actual storms begin to form.

From HAARP directly on what happens electromagnetically when transmitting to the ionosphere... doing HF pulses (pulses of High Frequency).

Notice the spread out from the transmitter at a low altitude and ground level... not just high in the sky.

This is a simulation from the University of Alaska showing the invisible electromagnetism created in a visual diagram..... with HAARP at the very center down below in Gakona Alaska (map shows Alaska).

The area shown is in KM (kilometers) and the time is about 2000 nanoseconds or literally less than the blink of an eye.

Ultimately we are seeing extremly short pulses of very powerful rotating (oscillating) electromagnetic energy which shows a huge several hundred KM wide EMF field distortion along with the actual HF radio waves being broadcast up into the ionosphere.

It does appear to spread out at ground level as far as it goes up into the ionosphere!!!!!
