These charges by the way. Are total nonsense. Everything cited is clearly protected by Brandenburg v. Ohio.

The main reason this occured is both needed PR for the DOJ as it's election season and they've been pissing off both the Democrats and Republicans lately by raiding their politicians homes and overstepping into Congress.

But also secondary reason. It's a fishing expedition. They want both of these people to give up info on others to arrest more. Mostly terrorgram being the target here, but also applies to us and others too somewhat as we're nearby the terrorgram scene while not being a part of it.

Hope these people the best and hopefully their lawyers can clear these charges up. As reading the indictment, while stupid things were said. Nothing stated really constitutes being illegal conspiracy. Just edgy fedposting, which Brandenburg v. Ohio protects. Which was a case of a Klansman saying basically the same exact things as these people are.

But this is a common tactic by the DOJ. Charge people with a ton of bullshit charges you know won't stick in court, in this case 220 years of nonsense charges. Hope they flip on others for a plea deal to net more arrests. Extremely common tactic and blows up in their face if you're rational and demand to take it to trial where it just gets thrown out 99% of the time in cases like this.
