“The situation with diesel fuel is critically difficult, because world prices for diesel fuel have grown significantly, the second factor is big supply problems. There has been no delivery from Azerbaijan for more than 2 months. The reason is the technical re-equipment of their plant. 40-45% of diesel in Georgia was supplied from there,” explained Mtvralashvili, head of the Union of Oil Products Importers.
