According to the anti-corruption agency of the State Security Service of Georgia, the detainee accepted 2,400 lari ($900) from a citizen and promised official patronage to operate a catering point in Batumi without a permit.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 6 to 9 years.

Tonight in the city of Sagarejo (40 km from Tbilisi) an armed man (former soldier, born in 1974) opened fire from a machine gun at people from the balcony of a residential building. According to eyewitnesses, the shooting lasted for about an hour.

🚇 Georgia will receive about 55.6 million euros from the EBRD for the modernization of the Tbilisi metro.

Loan and grant agreements were signed by Minister of Finance of Georgia Lasha Khutsishvili and Vice-President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for Policy and Partnership Mark Bowman, who is in Georgia on a working visit as part of the Caucasus tour. Financial resources in the amount of about 55.6 million euros will be directed to the repair of stations and escalators of the Tbilisi metro.

- strong gas pollution from vehicles

🙈 In one clinic in Tbilisi, a medical clamp was left in the girl's stomach.

The operation took place in the capital medical center named after Mardaleishvili. “Loss” was discovered only 2 months later, when the girl went to the hospital with severe pain. It was needed to urgently carry out another operation - to remove the clamp. Fortunately, the patient feels well and this did not lead to serious health consequences.
