🎿 The World Freestyle and Snowboard Championship has started in Bakuriani.

Georgia hosts such a tournament for the first time. Before the championship, the infrastructure was updated at the ski resort, artificial snow systems were installed, and new cable cars were opened. 700 athletes from 42 countries of the world will compete for 30 sets of medals. According to the National Seismic Monitoring Center, the shocks were registered at 05:18, 06:27 and 10:57. First time, the magnitude was 3.6, and in the following cases, the magnitude was 3. It affected the regions of Guria and Adjara. The epicenter of the first earthquake was the village of Kvachalati, 2 km from the city of Ozurgeti. The next one was 14 km from the GomisMta resort and the third one was in Buknari (near Chakvi).

🚘⛔️ The road from Tbilisi to Gudauri is closed due to snowfall and the threat of avalanches.

The ruling party "Georgian Dream" will support the adoption of the law on "foreign agents". This was announced by the head of the parliamentary faction Mamuka Mdinaradze. The meeting was held under the sign of protest of the journalists. Even some posters were confiscated from media representatives who came to parliament to protest against the law. They had innoscriptions: "No to Putin's law"; "Russian law is not Georgia's choice!", "Not foreign agents, but journalists."

According to the data published by the Sakstat, in the third quarter of 2022, it fell by 3% and amounted to 16.1%. Unemployment fell in both urban (-3.7%) and rural (-1.9%) areas. Unemployment among women is higher than among men. The labor force participation rate for men is 64% (+2.8%), for women 42% (+3.1%).
