🌸 In Kakheti, plum blossoms (or tkemali) began to bloom.

Sairme Mineralnye Vody LLC, with the support of the Georgian Distributors Business Association, reached an agreement with the striking employees who will go to work tomorrow.
📌 What did the company and employees manage to agree on:
✔️ each striker will be compensated with 800 lari ($310)
✔️ wages will increase by 22.5%, payment for overtime work - by 25%, night work pay - by 34% and the wages will be indexed, automatically by 2-5% every year
✔️ three administrative workers who "put workers in an unbearable position" were fired.
✔️ increased cleaning budget
ℹ️ The strike began on February 15 and lasted 34 days.
