(Mtl) Götz's Prosthetic Arm: This prosthetic arm was worn by the medieval German knight Götz von Berlichingen. He continued fighting with a steel prosthetic arm in place of his right arm, which he lost in the war, and was nicknamed "Iron Arm Götz." It was so elaborately made for the time that it allowed him to use his left hand to hold a sword or reins. It is still on display in the Hornberg Castle Museum.
