Requires a healthy lifestyle that can only be achieved by harmonising with nature.
This includes meditation, relaxation, and adopting a healthy diet. Drugs, tobacco, and alcohol destroy our genetic code and can impact future generations.
SELF-LOVE
Accept yourself as you are, with all your imperfections. Only possible by feeling your emotions and rejecting stress.
Live out what you are, feel good about yourself, open up to life, and blossom, which promotes healthy and positive thoughts. Cultivate compassion toward oneself and others, and strip away all forms of aggression. Guilt and fear only lead to harmful toxins being secreted.
SHARING
Everyone has a right to access food, clothing, education, and sleep, even without working. Workers are also ennoscriptd to luxury – a driving force in human progress. Any luxury attained should be proportional to the work done and to the progress made for society.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS
Accept our differences. Humanity derives its richness from its diversity, so the more different we are, the more enriched we become. We should encourage others to live out their differences fully

Everyone should always take responsibility for their actions, even if they are obeying orders. Everyone masters their destiny, successes, and failures.
