Dear Elf Lovers💚

It has been 4 days since Elf Matrix listed on PancakeSwap on June 21st 1pm UTC. During this period, we have completed all the refund requests from investors. But for the process of listing, we think it's time to reveal the truth.

We finished our IDO on all launchpads before 17th June. According to consensus with some launchpads,we will get the raised funds before listing, and all the funds will be used for adding liquidity to PancakeSwap.

But Paragen and Iotexpad didn't release the raised funds as agreed before. Especially for Iotexpad, even though it was clear in the contract signed by both parties that we should receive the raised funds within 48 hours after IDO.

As a startup,we couldn't add liquidity normally in such circumstances, not only because of insufficient funds, but also because Iotexpad used to do funny things in other project (https://twitter.com/bicyclefiio/status/1531886147907223552).

Shortly after listing, Paragen and Iotexpad issued a full refund to their communities in the name of illiquidity without prior communication with us.
At the same time, some investors in their communities had already claimed the tokens released at TGE.

Afterwards,both of them sent back an incomplete number of tokens to us,which was the same thing they had done before on another project. We are now still asking them to return the full amount of tokens.

That's why you saw that we only added a small amount of liquidity to pancakeswap ,as it's the most efficient way to protect funds.

To be fair, we chose to refund investors who required refunds on all the other launchpads.

Iotexpad was introduced to us by Paragen,as they belong to the same mother company. In the process of cooperation with projects, they were also irresponsible in their behavior exactly the same way.

Although the listing was not smooth, but we will keep building this project.💪
